Blurb: Listen to
any of Diana Upton-Hill's music and you can probably imagine yourself being
friends with this sweet-voiced music sensation. With a heart of gold and a
voice to match, Diana's musical life started early when she would get up on
stage as a small child with her dad's rock band and belt out a couple of songs
for the crowd. Still, twenty-some-odd years later, she is moving every audience
she performs for. As a versatile and distinguished performer Diana has become a
nationally-recognized talent. She has been active in the jazz scene as the lead
singer with the group, On Holidai.
She has
performed on live television, has thrilled concert hall audiences as a featured
performer with symphony orchestras, and Diana has even lent her voice to major
musical theatre roles including Belle in "Disney's Beauty and the
Beast", Annie Oakley in "Annie Get Your Gun", Philia in “Forum”
(opposite Richard Kind), “Dorothy” in the Wizard of Oz, and Lucy in
"Jekyll and Hyde". She also took part in the workshop production of
“Happy Hour” by the late Tony Award winning playwright, George Furth and
composer, Doug Katsaros. As a featured performer at the opening gala of the
Stephen Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts, Diana performed alongside
entertainment industry legends such as Len Cariou, Richard Kind, Pamela Myers,
and Liz Callaway.
A versatile
performer, she has become a national talent; active in the regional
country/folk music scene, performing on television, joining symphony orchestras
as featured soloist, and even starring in live theatre productions. Her
favorite roles include: Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella in Into the
Woods and Ellen in Miss Saigon.
She has toured
with rising Country star, Mitch Goudy, with whom she’s written several songs
and for whom she regularly provides background vocals.
Diana’s latest
single, “Do Love Well” was produced by the incomparable, award-winning, Bryan White.
"Working with Diana was a joy. It's so nice
when you're working with an artist you feel like you're on the same page with.
She's a phenomenal vocalist and a good soul with great instincts. Honored to be
a part of this project…"

country singer/songwriter/producer)
