SaraBeth
“That’s The
Sound” - “Contemporary country singer, this one is my favourite” - Marie Crichton BBC Radio Shropshire
Born: Sarah
Elizabeth Swagerty
Name my friends
call me: SB, Sara-B, or Swags
Genre: Country
Hometown -
Garland, TX
Record label - Circle S Records
Current Location
- Dallas, TX/ Nashville, TN
Her most requested song?: The National Anthem. I have sung it more times than I can
count! My most memorable
performance was at the Houston Texans
v. Denver Broncos game last year.
The familiar
saying “everything is bigger in Texas” is earning some truth to its name as
country music vocal powerhouse, SaraBeth, dusts off her boots and hits the
Nashville music scene.
Born and raised
in Dallas, the lovely and attractive SaraBeth is a contemporary country singer
and budding songwriter who is seamlessly making her mark in Nashville as an
all-American, sweetly southern artist with an edge. Smart, beautiful and
tremendously talented, SaraBeth is the breath of fresh air the music industry
needs.
When Dean Sams,
member of award winning group Lonestar, first met SaraBeth, he knew he had just
met a future star. He recognized her talent immediately and knew her robust
potential. Soon after, Sams took her into the studio to produce the debut album
ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE (released
Oct 29, 2013 – UK iTunes),
featuring her singles "Kickin' and Screamin'", "Miss You
Anywhere", and "That's The Sound",
creating a buzz across the US .
Her music videos
found their home on GAC & ZUUS and in the UK have been show on the CM&T TV show on Showcase TV (Sky/ Freesat – Watch it on vimeo.com).
With dates
nationwide, she has shared the stage with Craig Morgan, Brantley Gilbert,
Lonestar, Tate Stevens and has participated in both the 2013 and 2014 City of
Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge alongside Florida Georgia Line, Brett
Eldredge and more. Her current project, a 4 track EP OBSESSIVE, was released in Aug 5, 2014 (UK iTunes - Artwork) and features several self-penned songs.
She has appeared
on a multitude of television shows including the nationally syndicated Daytime,
Good Day Dallas, D The Broadcast (Dallas), Fox 26 Morning News (Houston), Great
Day SA (San Antonio), More at Midday (Nashville), Tennessee Mornings
(Nashville) and nationally syndicated radio show, The Bobby Bones Show, and
continues to raise awareness to her budding music career.
Her
single “That’s The Sound” was promoted
across Europe via the July 2014 Hotdisc 187 promo disc which debuted at
No.19 debut and reached No.5 over a 13-week chart run, it can be heard on
>> soundcloud
Her
follow up second Hotdisc single “Nowhere
With You” (writers Sarabeth Swagerty, Ashlee Hewitt, Dean Sams) on Sept 2014 Hotdisc #189 landed at No.29
and peaked at #21 in five Hotdisc Top 40 chart frames.
Grand Union Promotions announced she would visit the UK to tour in
late October. She will be joined by fellow Nashville artist Glen Mitchell, a
British born singer/songwriter/guitarist award-winning musician. They will be
joined by special UK Songwriters at each venue. Dates:
Saturday, 25 Oct 2014
(Culpepper Club, Basildon), Tuesday, 28 Oct 2014 (Robin 2, Wolverhampton), Thursday, 30 Oct 2014 ( Grand Old Opry,
Glasgow) and Saturday, 1st Nov 2014 (Fort San Antone, Preston).
